Examine the Verse
Acts 3:13
This verse is claimed to provide the basis of the Iglesia ni Cristo belief
that the "God and Father" of the Lord Jesus Christ and His apostles is also
the "God and Father" of Moses, Abraham and the ancient Israelites.

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let Him go.
(Acts 3:13,  New King James Version)

Iglesia ni Cristo belief in God and Jesus Christ:
Iglesia ni Cristo believes in the absolute oneness of God, that "the Only True God is the Father" in heaven; The Father is the Lord God Almighty, the Creator of all things. God is Spirit, eternal, immortal and invisible; He is the God and Father of Jesus Christ and His Apostles; and that of Moses,
Abraham and the ancient Israelites.
Iglesia ni Cristo believes that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. As the Son of God,
Jesus is a Man.  However, Jesus is not an ordinary man but a "very special Man",
who was sanctified; made Lord, Christ, Savior, Mediator and Judge by God.

Apostle's admonition, warning and unique way of teaching:
1. No prophecy of scripture is a matter of personal interpretation. (II Pt. 1:20, NAB)
2. Do not go beyond  what is written. (I Cor. 4:6, NIV)
 3. We do not use words of human wisdom. We speak words given to us by the Spirit,
using the Spirit's words to explain spiritual truths. (1 Cor. 2:13, NLT)

  Points to Consider:
  1.  Notice that it is Apostle Peter speaking to the men if Israel, just after He and Apostle John healed a lame man at the temple gate.
2.  The verse Apostle Peter clearly said to the men of Israel, "The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let Him go. Thus, Jesus was referred to as a Servant of the God of Abraham.
3.  It is very clear that as a Servant, Jesus has a God and His God is also the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the Israeli ancestors.  In Deuteronomy 32:6, the prophet Moses made it very clear who is the God of Abraham and the Israeli ancestors and He is no other than their  Father, and their  Creator. And in John 17:1,3 the Lord Jesus also made it clear that the Father in heaven is the only true God. THEREFORE, the Father is the God of the Lord Jesus Christ and His apostles, is also the God of Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and of the Israeli ancestors.

Acts 3:13 in other versions of the Bible:

The God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Jacob, the God of our fathers, hath glorified his Son Jesus; whom ye delivered up, and denied him in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let him go.   (King James Version)

No, God did it! He is the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. He is the God of all our fathers. He gave glory to Jesus, his special servant. But you handed him over to be killed. Pilate decided to let him go free. But you told Pilate you did not want him.    (Easy to Read Version)

The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus. You handed him over to be killed, and you disowned him before Pilate, though he had decided to let him go.    (New International Version)
